Eighth Circuit Rejects Medical Resident’s Attempt to Enforce Alleged Oral Agreement

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit recently affirmed the dismissal of claims brought by a former medical resident who alleged that Washington University (WashU) and the Barnes Jewish Hospital (BJH) wrongfully forced him out of their residency program.
