Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton informed the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas that he was immediately appealing Judge Alan Albright’s preliminary injunction orders sparing Glass Lewis & Co. Inc. and Institutional Shareholder Services Inc. from the requirements of Senate Bill 2337, which targets advice based on DEI and ESG concerns.
