MIAMI, FL—Cozen O’Connor attorneys Joshua R. Goodman and Joseph F. Rich completed training and certification to be Civil Circuit and County mediators in the state of Florida. Both Goodman and Rich have practiced law for approximately 20 years and participated in 100s of mediations as party representatives. Going forward, they are now certified as Civil Circuit and County Court mediators for early, agreed to, and court required mediations.

Goodman has litigated and tried matters throughout the Southeast United States and has counseled clients on issues arising in various jurisdictions. Josh also provides counsel to insurance carriers, banks, charitable foundations, and various Fortune 500 companies.
