Susan has been a trial lawyer for more than 40 years. She is a Supreme Court–certified circuit court mediator and a board-certified civil trial lawyer. Susan defends clients in products liability, construction defect, wrongful death, medical malpractice and asbestos trials. Having tried more than 100 asbestos cases, she is recognized as one of the leading asbestos defense counsel in the country and is often called upon on the eve of trial to assist defendants with the cross-examination of medical and scientific experts.
Melanie Chung-Tims has a proven track record for handling high-risk litigation. She has successfully defended her clients in products liability, civil litigation and employment law cases for more than a decade, and tried several cases to verdict.
Amanda Cachaldora defends clients in products liability cases and civil litigation, with much of her practice focused on claims involving cosmetic talcum powder. She also has experience with employment law and benzene liability matters, and serves as liaison counsel for Florida asbestos litigation.
