Puppy yoga is not a wellbeing strategy. Sure it’s lovely, crack on and have a cuddle with a puppy! But it’s absolutely nothing to do with the business-critical concept of wellbeing.

Caroline Turner-Inskip, global head of wellbeing at Simmons & Simmons, in comments given to Law.com International on the need for law firms to expand their mental health offerings. “I’m part of the ownership of the business,” she said, “and I think what that allows me to do is to push and say ‘As a partner of this firm, this is what we’re going to change here.’”
