— Freddie Lawson, head of partner search at UK recruiter Montresor Legal, in comments given to Bloomberg Law on the upcoming merger between Allen & Overy and Shearman & Sterling. While more than 30 partners have left Shearman since the A&O Shearman combination was announced, less than half of those departures occurred in the U.S., where the firm’s line-up remains “largely intact.”
