Crowell & Moring has brought on two transactional leaders from Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg, further diversifying its Chicago office practices as well as boosting its expertise in tech, energy and other industries.
The Am Law 100 firm announced on Wednesday the addition of two partners who led Neal Gerber’s corporate and securities and cross-border practices. The lateral additions, the firm said, will help it go deeper on deal work in the Windy City and across its platform, as well as help lead its own corporate and securities practices.
