The U.S. Department of Education has canceled its administrative investigation into alleged “rampant anti-Semitism” at the University of Pennsylvania, according to a lawsuit filed Tuesday by Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison on behalf of Jewish American civil rights groups seeking to revive the probe.
This lawsuit against the Education Department, its secretary, Miguel Cardona, and its assistant secretary, Catherine Lhamon, was surfaced by Law.com Radar. Cardona is a cabinet appointee of President Joe Biden.
