BIRMINGHAM, AL—McGlinchey Stafford is pleased to announce the hire of Jon-Kaden Mullen as an associate in the firm’s Financial Services Litigation practice group resident in Birmingham.
He primarily represents financial institutions such as mortgage and loan servicers, banks, auto and manufactured housing lenders, and real estate entities.
Prior to joining McGlinchey, Jon-Kaden gained litigation experience at a Middle Tennessee firm and clerked for several firms in Alabama throughout law school.
He earned his J.D. from Samford University Cumberland School of Law in May 2021. He has clerked for the St. Clair County Circuit Court and Calhoun County District Attorney’s Office, and his team was named the “First Runner-Up” in the American Bar Association’s National Arbitration Competition. He is admitted to the bar in Alabama and Tennessee.
